Retreat will begin with our first workshop together at 4 pm on September 7th, 2025.
September 8th and 9th will be full days of Immersion – with morning practices, workshops, nourishing food, afternoon connections and workshops.
Retreat will commence on Sunday, September 10th at 11am after our closing conversation and brunch.

ASTECC certified teacher leading the Holistic Esthetician Program with 25+ years experience. CIDESCO diplomat, yoga instructor (800+ hours), Ayurvedic practitioner, and author of "Undoing Hashimoto's." Trained by Anne Bramham and Hildegard Wittlinger in lymphatic drainage. Faculty at premier spas including Montage and Canyon Ranch, specializing in connective tissue therapy and hydrotherapy. Based in Hot Springs, North Carolina.
